Premier Certified Devices are devices covered by Product and Support relationships between SIPspace and select manufacturers (Polycom, Yealink, andGrandstream).  Any new product from these three manufacturers will automatically be brought into SIPspace for Interop Testing.  If no issues are noted, we will add that device in the Certified Devices List without a request being necessary from the Community.
